Mepy (“Uygulama”, “Platform”) sosyal buluşma ve sohbet hizmetidir. Uygulamayı veya mepy.app web sitesini kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsın.

1. Hesap ve yaş

Platform yalnızca 16 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir. Doğru bilgi vermek, hesabını güvende tutmak ve şifreni paylaşmamak senin sorumluluğundadır.

2. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Diğer kullanıcılara saygı göster.
Spam, taciz, tehdit, nefret söylemi ve yasa dışı içerik yasaktır.
Sahte profil, kimlik taklidi ve dolandırıcılık yasaktır.
Uygulamanın güvenliğini bozacak girişimlerde bulunma.

3. İçerik

Paylaştığın metin, görsel, ses ve diğer içeriklerden sen sorumlusun. Yasal olmayan veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik paylaşmamalısın. Mepy, kurallara aykırı içeriği kaldırma hakkını saklı tutar.

4. Yüz yüze buluşmalar

Mepy buluşmaları kolaylaştırır; yüz yüze görüşmelerin güvenliğinden kullanıcılar sorumludur. Herkese açık yerleri tercih et; para veya özel bilgi taleplerini reddet. Ayrıntılar için topluluk kurallarına bak.

5. Hizmet değişiklikleri

Özellikler, ücretlendirme (varsa) ve erişilebilirlik zamanla değişebilir. Hizmeti geçici veya kalıcı olarak askıya alma hakkımız saklıdır.

6. Hesap kısıtlama / kapatma

Bu şartlara veya topluluk kurallarına aykırı davranışlarda hesabın kısıtlanabilir veya kapatılabilir.

7. Sorumluluk sınırı

Platform “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kullanıcılar arası iletişim ve buluşmalardan doğan sonuçlardan Mepy sorumlu tutulamaz; yasal zorunluluklar saklıdır.

Mepy (“App”, “Platform”) is a social meetup and chat service. By using the app or the mepy.app website, you agree to these terms.

1. Account and age

The Platform is only for users 16 years and older. Providing accurate information, keeping your account secure, and not sharing your password are your responsibilities.

2. Acceptable use

Treat other users with respect.
Spam, harassment, threats, hate speech, and illegal content are prohibited.
Fake profiles, impersonation, and fraud are prohibited.
Do not attempt to compromise the security of the App.

3. Content

You are responsible for the text, images, audio, and other content you share. Do not share illegal content or content that infringes others’ rights. Mepy reserves the right to remove content that violates the rules.

4. In-person meetups

Mepy helps facilitate meetups; users are responsible for the safety of in-person meetings. Prefer public places; refuse requests for money or private information. See the community guidelines for details.

5. Service changes

Features, pricing (if any), and availability may change over time. We reserve the right to suspend the service temporarily or permanently.

6. Account restriction / closure

Accounts that violate these terms or the community guidelines may be restricted or closed.

7. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. Mepy is not liable for outcomes of user-to-user communication and meetups, except where required by law.
